Please note: we're unable to proactively contact you if your item hasn't been found - you'll need to check in with us directly. Items are held for 4 weeks, after which they're disposed of.

The Secret Pearl operates a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found with illegal drugs will be banned from the venue and reported to the police, and anyone caught asking for or offering drugs will also be banned for life. Drug disposal bins are available in the entry queue, so you can dispose of anything before entering.

Ticket Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, national days of mourning, the death of a head of state or other significant public figure resulting in government-imposed restrictions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events), the organiser reserves the right to either:
- Reschedule the event, in which case all tickets will remain valid for the new date; or
- Offer a refund, either in full or in part, at the organiser's discretion, subject to any non-recoverable third-party booking or payment processing fees.
If the event proceeds as scheduled but a ticket holder is unable to attend for personal reasons, refunds will not be issued.
